in a row, Celebrity Chef Tim Creehan is also the owner and proprietor of
the award winning restaurant Beach Walk at Henderson Park Inn, located in
Destin, Florida. He has an impressive, award winning career in the
culinary arts with highlights that include catering for the famous as special
chef at the 2008 Sundance Festival and catering for celebrities such as Bruce
Willis, Jessica Simpson, Amy Grant and Vance Gill to name a few. Chef Tim
has generously offered to prepare an exclusive dinner party for you and your

FLY FISHING EXCURSION with math/science instructor Matt Erdosy - Experience the flats of Tortola while wading in search of bonefish, permit and tarpon with a fly rod in hand! This experience will provide use of rods, reels, leaders and flies for up to two lucky anglers, including lunch and drinks. Casting lessons, if needed, will be provided, as well as high-quality digital photographs of the experience. Tides will determine the hours of the trip on the flats lining the southern edge of Tortola. The action is usually slow, but that’s why it is called ‘fishing’ and not ‘catching.’ No experience required but it certainly helps!
