*Tetanus boosters may be required in the case of dirty, contaminated wounds or bites if the last dose was more than 5 years ago.

Please notify the school office if your child has received an immunization and is in school. Staff can then be notified in order to observe for some of the more common side effects such as fever, irritability and soreness at the injection site.
